Fox’s Tale, 2024

The Fox’s Tale is a series of black ink drawings that trace the silent, watchful path of the fox—an animal steeped in paradox and symbolism. Rendered against stark, empty grounds, each image becomes a meditation on the contradictions of being: wildness and vulnerability, cunning and tenderness, solitude and longing.

The fox emerges here not simply as a creature of myth, but as a mirror of the self—resilient, alert, always navigating thresholds. Through minimal, forceful lines, the drawings evoke a narrative of survival and inner tension, speaking to what it means to live with both instinct and introspection in a world of shifting terrain.

These are not just animal portraits, but reflections of endurance, the quiet poetry of living on the edge, and the intimate truth of carrying both the wound and the wisdom.
